On July 1st 2024, the Supreme Court essentially amended the US Constitution by bestowing "absolute immunity" on the President of the United States thereby nullifying the central tenets of American democracy - that all men are created equal and that no one person is above the law. This decision by a radically conservative court endangers established rights and places the will of an unpopular minority over the needs of the majority.

It is essential for the continued progress and success of American Democracy that Donald Trump is defeated in November.
